I got my usual size 9 but apparently should have bought a 9.5. At first fit, it felt just right, but as I walked more and more in these shoes it seemed like they run half a size smaller than most. That being said, the shoes quickly developed separation between the outer material and sole at and around the toe region. Despite this, they are still waterproof for the most part (that toe tear in the right shoe seems to slowly leak water). Overall, they are the most comfortable shoes I ever wore, and are very light. I've taken them for plenty of trail walks and runs and the sole grips very well. Great on wet surfaces, but in the snow, they are about as good as any shoe in this category can be in terms of grip. I plan on buying this model again, though I'm disappointed that the time for that is coming a lot sooner than I hoped for a $100+ shoe.
